The heel now runs on a worm screw track instead of tension bolts, which means no more stripped heads or loose hardware mid-mission. That screw also unlocks 25 mm of fast, precise boot-length adjustment, ideal if you rotate through a few different boots.
Plum also built in four millimeters of elastic heel travel. Paired with the standard 4 mm gap, you get 8 mm of total dynamic movement, enough to let your ski flex naturally, keep power transmission smooth, and cut down on those annoying pre-releases.
